Welcome to Tanners Wharf
We are your managing agents appointed to manage and maintain your development.
This booklet is intended as a guide, and although some of the points appear obvious, these simple reminders will help preserve and enhance the standards and management services provided at the development.
The guidance and regulations in this guide do not replace the leases for the property, but are intended as an easy to access summary.
We hope this guide helps you settle into your new home and answers most of the questions you may have.
Virtus visit the development on a weekly basis so please say hello and feel free to ask any questions you may have.

QAMCL Introduction
As residents of Tanners Wharf we wanted to have more of a say in the management of the development for the benefit of all and ensure that all decisions were in the best interests of leaseholders and tenants alike.
We appointed Virtus Property Management to carry out the management of the development under our direction.
